The facility has earned an A grade for safety, reflecting its commitment to patient protection. It is known for advanced healthcare services, including trauma care and comprehensive stroke management. The organization has received prestigious accolades, including Magnet Designation for nursing excellence. The unit consists of mixed level of care patients, operating as an overflow unit. Patient ratios are typically 1:5 or 1:6, depending on the level of care required. The team includes a charge nurse, registered nurses, and certified nursing assistants. Telemetry equipment is used, with patients connected to bedside monitors when needed. Cerner is implemented for electronic medical records. Candidates should have a positive attitude, focus on patient experience, and work well in a team setting. Every other weekend commitment is required, with no call responsibilities.
