Job Summary

We are engaging Senior Accountant Experts to contribute specialized accounting and financial expertise to a dynamic customer project. In this role, you'll apply your professional knowledge to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required—your accounting and financial expertise is what matters.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and annotate financial reports and statements for accuracy and completeness based on established accounting standards.
• Assess and provide feedback on audit procedures, identifying gaps, best practices, and regulatory considerations.
• Create and evaluate financial models for logical structure, accuracy, and actionable insights.
• Analyze tax compliance practices and documentation, identifying potential risks and compliance issues.
• Review legal and financial documents for clarity, correctness, and regulatory alignment.
• Provide clear and constructive written and verbal feedback on project materials.
• Support the development and evaluation of datasets for AI training through data labeling, annotation, and model evaluation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in accounting, finance, taxation, regulations, and financial reporting.
• Substantial experience preparing and auditing financial statements.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and budgetary controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in roles such as CPA, Cost Accountant, Financial Auditor, General Accountant, Internal Auditor, or Revenue Tax Specialist .

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certification such as CPA, CMA, or CIA , or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience advising on or implementing financial systems and internal controls.
• Ability to communicate complex accounting and financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Prior experience with AI data annotation, labeling, human data, or model evaluation is a plus.
