The Oceaneering Ocean Technologies (OTECH) group is seeking a Logistics Engineering Manager responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Logistics Engineering, Integrated Product Support (IPS) element. This role oversees a team of Logistics Engineers and is accountable for delivering high-quality logistics engineering products across programs. The Logistics Engineering Manager operates at the intersection of engineering, supply chain, and program management to ensure supportability is designed for, implemented, and sustained throughout the lifecycle of delivered systems.Oceaneering is a global provider of engineered services and products, primarily to the offshore energy industry. Ensure compliance with applicable standards governing logistics engineering products & services (e.g., DoDI 5000 series as applicable, GEIA-STD-0007, MIL-HDBK-502, MIL-STD-3034, SD-22, etc.) Support digital engineering and data integration efforts related to sustainment (e.g., digital thread, model-based logistics). Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, data quality, and analytical rigor.
